Do you really think that after achieving targets that have been set they will dump him.
Sadly you are probably right. However if the club's ambition is really to do nothing in the cups and finish bottom half of League Two, it is almost inevitable that we will be heading back to the Conference in the next couple of seasons. Not that that will be a disaster for the fans (those that predate the Football League at least), apart from it meaning the end of the Academy.

To which I say two words... Patrick Agyemang

Yep, we have been struggling before, and John Still probably outstayed his time, but he was a proper club legend for all he achieved and virtually unsackable. As has been said elsewhere, we should never make that mistake again where someone is unsackable.

It has already done by alienating a significant number of its customers, delivering a substandard product in the last 15 months without actually changing anything. Not that it is unrecoverable, football fans are fickle, but the feel around the football club that we are all in it together has gone for now.

There will be plenty of teams next season who will be looking for a Manager proven to be able to work on a pathetic budget, perhaps some of the teams who have sacked their Manager this season look at our recent improvement and are thinking why didn't we ?
Great, that'll be three points then.

Really? Connors and who else?
Sure we have played a more than a few young players, but they are generally other clubs loanees!
