Couldn't make game tonight but sounded impressive that we managed to win the game by bringing on our attacking players after Chesham equalised in second half and looked in the ascendancy.
As they said in commentary a game we would have probably lost a couple of months ago.

We definitely would have lost that a few weeks ago. So the fact we haven’t is a big positive, I think everyone played well today and Maghoma, Lusala and the front two were all very impressive.

What I am still frustrated by is how easily we scored two simply because we tried to win by attacking and using the strength that we have in that department. It’s still clear that our game plan is to score and sit back and try and see it out. It won’t work against better opposition, and it definitely won’t work against any opposition with this young lad in goal.

Play like the first and last 15 minutes and we will be a team that wins often and convincingly more often than any other result.

Weren’t there tonight but another good win. Seemed to play well first half sat back til their goal and then went for it. Another big three points. Think by new year we will know where we are at playing the better teams in the division. Thought Saturday was the first time we saw patterns of play and looked a decent side.

It was frustrating we didn't put the game away after a really bright start to the second half and then we once again became quite passive, and when they equalised (despite not really creating much) I wasn't surprised. But fair enough a great response and got the job done. Tactics seem to be developing beyond a long punt to AC, but nevertheless he is developing into a real spearhead for us and more. Hopefully he stays fit.

I would suggest that the arrival of a new assistant may have added new ideas together with organisation and perhaps freed up the manager to actually manage. Long way to go but at least a decent position away from the bottom 4 places. Testing times ahead when the top teams come along.

I thought we controlled the game, and played some very good and exciting football. Lots of energy, combativeness and creativity. Just before the equaliser ,which was unfortunately in my view wan error from the substitute goalie, we started to lose the midfield and if I have a criticism I believe the substitutions should have been made earlier . Nit picking on a very good performance. COYD

Absolutely not killing the young goalkeeper, especially after a win, but seen a few people on social media complain about us letting in an inevitable equaliser when ahead once again... but you can't account for a decision like the one that led to their goal. The ball was never there to be won

Did note on the highlights that the commentary team were getting frustrated about how far back we dropped second half and allowed them to have the ball, despite looking like the better side... we need that mentality to leave us eventually with a few more wins.

Think a 3-1 helps us more than a clean sheet and a 1-0 in terms of being more adventurous and attacking in future games

The keeper was obviously at fault for the specifics, but the 15 minutes before that had all been played in our half. The first ten after the break had been all us, and by pressing the ball we created opportunities like the one Lawless should have scored with. Then suddenly we just retreated, which everyone could see, and which made even less sense due to the fact we had a young keeper having just come on.

Saying that, it was aside from that 15 minutes, a very good performance and very promising. Is bit frustrating we waited till it got to 1-1 to make changes and put our foot down again, but overall was good night.

Is hard to really judge the table at moment as so many teams played different amount of games, but if we can get something this weekend we will know more where we are by the time we play Slough (as people will have caught up the games behind). No reason with the pre Christmas fixtures why we can’t go into Boxing Day in a good position.
