With the freezing conditions still continuing causing lots of postponed games, we are fortunate that by Monday the weather looks as though it will be a bit milder and our game should go ahead. I'm also hoping that we may even have one two of our players back from injury.
Having made an unexpected successful run in this competition and consequently prize money and tv payments we have done extremely well. All the pressure is now on the Championship team, so we have really nothing to lose and just give our best and see how we get on.

Haven’t made as much money as we would have liked but I think we’ve got a good chance against millwall if we go out with the right attitude, we played Crewe off the park and Wimbledon only scored through an offside goal, Lewis seems to have organised the team well since Bens dismissal, also looking forward to the 4th round draw, if there is a potential big draw to motivate us who knows how many we will win by! We have nothing to lose really and millwall have everything to lose. COYFD

Anyway….. back to the bar

Are Daggers fans in the top or bottom tier of the away stand? Looks like Millwall are only opening bottom tiers for home fans and doesn't look like they have sold very many tickets.

Even with a very modest crowd, what makes it lucrative for us is the TV money, so hopefully game will go ahead despite cold weather.

We’ve been moved to the upper tier and it’s unreserved seating now.

And If you’re planning to buy on the day you need to be able to show ID and either a season ticket or membership to the Supporters Club or Dagenham ticketing portal. I get that this is to stop West Ham muppets turning up. But ID alone should suffice. Those who would have been buying on the door due to uncertainty over when they can finish school and work have been shafted.

Millwall have barely sold any tickets, looking at a crowd of about 5000, putting restrictions on tickets is ridiculous and the club should have refused or it should have been made a lot clearer weeks ago.

You can blame the FA for devaluing the competition, games spread over 5 days, stupid kick off times, hardly any 3pm Saturday. Semi finals at Wembley. Changing the time of the final, having games played after the final.

I’d also blame our clubs and others in the league for agreeing to the scrapping of replays so we can play West Ham U15 reserves in front of 7 people.

I came away a bit disappointed, not that I expected us to get close to winning. I think I expected us to give it more of a go, I expect we just didn't have the personnel.

A word on the away end atmosphere which unfortunately was diluted by quite a few 'day trippers' aka West Ham fans who some mistakenly thought we might be glad to have them. Stick to your own team lads.

Only positive for me was that some players got minutes returning from injury.
First half we looked like a rabbit in the headlights and were lucky to go in just one down at halftime. 2nd half Young dithered for too long bringing on subs far too late and only after Millwall's 2nd goal. By that time the game was over.
All in all we as most expected were outclassed and the gulf in class was just a step too far.
So a decent cup run comes to a close, Hopefully now we can give the league a go and maybe we can sneak in to the playoffs.

I do think we maybe had more to give, and it's a shame we couldn't start Umerah and Dion who both made a massive impact as outlets to keep the ball, but can't be anything but proud. A great run.

Far better side won but was more disappointed as after the two games before where we really fought we just seemed to cave in and didn't seem to have a strategy to break Millwall down from any angle. Think we didn't give their Dane goalie no test at all first half? Only Rutherford seemed to bite them. What was worth the effort tonight though was okay a fair few 'non diehard daggers' in house but how great was it to be in masse on a local London away day, our support tonight was truly tops and very surprised even when winning how quiet the rest of the Den was? Back to the dreary old League again I suppose.

The performance was largely as I expected and why I struggled to really get excited about the occasion. We looked out of our depth in the main, probably some fear in our performance as we couldn't really control or pass the ball. No shame in losing 3-0 to a side 3 levels above but I think we'll be disappointed that we couldn't show more. Perhaps it could have been different if Umerah, Dion, Morias, Ling had been fit but we just couldn't put enough quality on the pitch.

A great run with two wins against higher opposition but now we need to show a bit more in the league.
