Not sure, I wouldn't want them for free.

With Dion missing does this mean he is injured?

Dion got hit pretty hard in the last game with his ankle getting trapped under the opponent, so I could believe he's injured. Be good if the club confirmed in the post match tho or rumours will spark.

An ugly win against a very poor team but thought Remy was a bright spark and scored a very good goal. Missing Dion and Junior meant we were weak up front but thankfully got the job done.

Big 3 points with the Vegans away up next, bodies required as we won’t get away with this patches up side. Season is about getting enough points to stay up now.

All in all about the right result under the most terrible conditions for a very long while, we certainly upped the tempo and looked like a side that had real euthanism to win a game, Remy curled his goal in well and Hess's very good too, the Fleet certainly looked doomed and always had a bit of time for the good hospitality of their fans so somehow hope they survive but looks so grave. With Forest Green, Halifax and York approaching we certainly need to stay focused. Full marks to the 243 dag fans without a Gore Tex today you'd have walked in back home rushing for the Rennies, gusts, wind and heavy rain non stop, amazing the game went ahead.

Sounded like a very routine win, despite our situation anything other than that would have been deeply concerning as Ebbsfleet really are terrible.

Very interested to see that Stephenson started, I think we have been begging for it for a long time. Also the number of subs made and the timing of the first ones was very different (and welcome) to what we have seen under Strevs.

The real test comes next Wednesday now. Maybe can’t expect a win, but I definitely want to see the players fighting, running them close, and proving that they do give a toss about being here.

Would love to be a fly on the wall in training to see what happened with Stephenson to stop him getting in the team instead of Phipps up top when we started getting injuries... Let's see how the next few games go from here on... As suggested, this season now (despite being New Year) is already on staying in the division and seeing how we start against next year after the summer and any transfers coming or going. At our best, there is certainly an XI that can compete at the top of the division... Next year without the likes of Junior and Dion would be an obvious concern, whoever comes in.

In fairness, Phipps has always done well in playing up front when needed and in fact scored a couple of goals. Also Stephenson didn’t even make the bench that time so not sure if he was injured or unwell. Just hoping some of the players missing at the moment come back in the next three or four weeks as we are very light in numbers.
Some very tough games coming up and do not want to get involved in relegation fight.
