Going to be a real tough one this.
Bromley snapped out of their mini-rut in some style at the weekend, beating runaway leaders Chesterfield 4-3 with a stoppage time winner.
It was a battling point for ourselves at York but we spent large periods on the back foot and would not be able to withstand the same tonight given Bromley's quality.
Effiong's ongoing absence is a huge one, however we still have players who can hurt the opposition in tricky runners Ryan Hill and Dion Pereira, so hopefully they are on good form tonight alongside the continuation of what has been a generally solid defence.

It's a game where we are not expecting anything from but any positive result would be a bonus. I think all the pressure will be on Bromley having won on Saturday the onus will be on them to win again. I think we have nothing to lose on this one but hopefully win our home game on Saturday.

Listened on the Bromley mixlr, sounded like we were much better than them at creating chances and they were very honest in saying we deserved the equaliser tbf, Need Rees to keep popping up with important goals right now. Really loving the turnaround in performances and the lads not giving up in games lately, Strevs deserves credit for that surely.

Or in Dagenhams case, Terribly!

Played well and wasn't sure how we managed to be 2-0 down at HT. Pereira was excellent second half and thought Sears had a decent game (deserves more respect). Limbs in the away end at the death. Quick pint in the Spoons before a relatively short trip home. Happy days.

Never a fully good result with Dagenham is it? A fantastic point, continuing the theme of battling until the very end. Sounds like we deserved more from it too!
But despite that it’s gutting to see Vincent, one of the stars of our turn in form, out with a bad injury. We will really miss him whilst he’s out so fingers crossed he’s back soon and Johnson/Page are able to fill that void.

I thought Johnson put in a really solid performance and created some good things at times down left..NBDag wrote: ↑Tue Feb 20, 2024 10:54 pm Never a fully good result with Dagenham is it?
