There's got to be a change now. Watch the same old excuses come out. Defensively and middle of the park we are so weak. Everyone loves Justham but I think he's over rated. He saves easy shots thats it. Watch most goals he concedes he's doesn't move. He isn't as good as every one thinks. Never commands he's area when do you see him coming out and claiming a cross. The whole team needs changing starting with the manager.

I actually agree 100% with this.
Justham is a great shot stopper, but there is a reason why he is still in the NL, and this is it.
He needs to get off his line and go claim crosses, yes the defence in front of him has been dreadful, but we concede regular headed goals inside the 6 yard box !!, with Justham rooted to his line, he should be claiming those & taking out whoever in his way to get there.
If he sorted this out & was more commanding, he would be in L2, maybe L1, no problem.

He has dipped a little since Glen Johnson left imo. Agree his main issue is inability to claim crosses that are very close to his goal. Still a great GK though.

Just won’t get a better keeper at this level unless you’re Wrexham and go out and spend silly money. We would be in a much worse position without him, make one or two superb saves each game because those in front of him are crap.

Back to the late goals, it’s cost us a plumb tie in the cup at home to Leicester not once but in two games we concede twice way beyond 90 mins. Our form in 13 games since Gills home game has seen us win 4 times against Maidstone x 2, Uxbridge and Aldershot all bad sides.. Lost 7 and drawn once. Conceded 18 and scored 16 with 5 of those against Uxbridge. If you can’t get sack on that form what’s the point.

Game management is not something our manager understands. The two cup games against Gillingham are good examples.

He just calls the players out for individual errors or not being clinical enough in both boxes. A good manager gives players the tools to do these things successfully, improves them, or identifies and acquires better replacements.
