A narrow defeat away to 4th place Wrexham would not have been seen as a disaster (and still isn't). Yet it now appears disappointing given Wrexham sounded somewhat uninspiring and we perhaps missed a good opportunity to at least take a point off them. One can only wonder now whether any of the key absent players could have been the difference.
Not a tremendous level of excitement in the scoring but it's setting up for an interesting final period. BB-Dagger has jumped into second place and HGDagger's long-serving reign at the top is back to within reach.
The next game is Gateshead, who we have only ever picked up 4 points against in 5 fixtures. Perhaps too early to call a bogey team but nonetheless 7 from 6 would look much improved... Predict away if you haven't already here
