There has been no actual hat eating as far as I can tell, just noise about it.
Maybe a sponsored hat eating would raise some much needed funds?

Not likely. Arnu was due to eat a hat about six years ago over something to do with Kevin Maher but bottled it on that occasion too ;)Mike the Dagger wrote: ↑Tue Jun 19, 2018 12:35 pmThere has been no actual hat eating as far as I can tell, just noise about it.

It’s almost as if he doesn’t mean what he saysNickMurphy wrote: ↑Tue Jun 19, 2018 10:43 pmNot likely. this seems a good way for the club to sell all kits going forward. Don't know how many shirts the club actually sells, but can only two or three hundred at most. They always seem to have loads of kit left over before change of design, which is sold of cheap and some of which on sale for years after.

I think some of our fans are such numpties.ThatRoundThing wrote: ↑Wed Jun 20, 2018 12:47 pm Here you are chaps, stick whatever badge you like on it
Our club is in financial trouble. It comes
up with ideas which might help raise some
cash by selling different merchandising. and gets knocked back for doing so.
No doubt the same people who bypass the club for an unbranded shirt are also the same who then moan about lack of stock in the club shop.
They can’t win.
(i’ve a good mind to remove the link but i’d probably only get abuse if i did).

It was more a post regarding the never ending split between those who are torn between old or new badges. Those who buy daggers replica shirts will probably still buy the new one. The last shirt I bought was the white Daggers away shirt.
I have no objection whatsoever in you deleting my previous post. I object to being grouped as a numptie, I had that term earmarked for the present board and owners that got us into the financial mess.

Mine arrived the other day, think its pretty decent kit tbh. No problem with the crest, that has been discussed a lot anyway.

3rd kit is a one off special due to some kit clashes, no change in sponsors. We were due a new away kit but at present i guess its financially not an option.
