Predictable that people talk to me and tell me stuff that they don't want shared on a public forum? Yeah.matt_drfc wrote:Christ, that was predictable.
Yup you do talk drivel when you keep saying the flags are part of the blame for Glyn walking away and note there is still no statement from the club or anywhere else at the moment so it still speculation.Auntie Merge wrote:Predictable that people talk to me and tell me stuff that they don't want shared on a public forum? But didn't someone last week accuse me of posting drivel when I hinted that Glyn had gone?
Anyway, I'm standing back from this discussion because I'd rather save my energy for what is to come.
That third paragraph was essentially the point I was trying to make. Well said.DI Mike Dashwood wrote:D4E, why is this current apparent (not yet confirmed it should be said) situation being laid at Thomopson's door?? Some of you really need to change the record.
Most were wary or objected to Tamplin. Fair enough, and time will tell with Billericay on that one, although some don't like his style anyway, I get that.
But others were treating Hopkin like a God without knowing much about him either. So he didn't tweet loads and have lots of tattoos, but that doesn't make him anymore likely to make good or bad decisions relating to a football club. And the key point with not being a members club anymore was that this could essential happen at any point.
But why Hopkin getting cold feet, vanishing or doing whatever is Thompson's fault is something I can't work out.
I also rememebr your ‘we are so lucky to have Glyn. He’s saved us. Unlike Tamplin who would have walked away at the first sign of bother’ thread. That went well for you didn’t it.Auntie Merge wrote:Predictable that people talk to me and tell me stuff that they don't want shared on a public forum?
