Few ex player movements in our league in the last few days if anyone cares.
Lewington to Dover and Hines to Maidstone.
Real shame that Hines is at this level now, one of the most technically gifted players we've ever had. Loved his partnership with Murphy. Without injuries he could be playing league 1 no problem.
As for Lewington I think this level is about right for him, although it looks like he's going there as a backup keeper.

Funny someone asked what happen to Hines the other day so he could be playing against us on Monday will he still have the skill ?

Hines won't lose the skill he'll just take time to get it right. If he comes on as sub against tired legs he could do damage.

Danny Green at Chelmsford now with Mickey Spillane. Sad to see him down that low but the way we've been playing so far shows that it was probably the right decision not to sign him.

Last thing I saw about Gain was a rumour that he became a plummer. Who knows?
