It was pointed out to me that West Ham have qualified for the Europa League through the fair play award. Can't help but think this could be good news for us if they were to qualify for the group stages (there are 4 qualifying rounds mind!) as this would mean they would play quite a few Sunday's from September - November at least. Hopefully, this would maybe entice a few over who would have their Saturdays freed up by this.

Also, another point I may have previously made on improving attendances, I think this coming season would be a great opportunity to play a few more home games on a Friday night. With the league being a lot more southern, more teams may agree as the travelling would be a lot less hassle with away fans not being stranded in Dagenham. Any other suggestions to getting even a few extra through the door this season on the marketing side?

The thing is other than earning the club a few more quid it will do nothing in raising atmosphere, maybe even the opposite where you get people taking the piss. Plus I don't know about anyone else but I'm sick of seeing grown men walking round Victoria Road in their Wet Spam clobber, wouldn't get that at any other ground in the country.

I quite liked the one Friday night match we had last season, wouldn't want it more than twice though.
