If our home form was better first half of the season, we'd have been play-offs. Instead it was diabolical.
If we'd won all our games, we would of won the league.
Quite.

But you see my point. If our 2014 form wasn't poor and was just average we'd have been play-offs. That's the difference

Feel a bit sorry for Saah, was more than good enough last season, something happened I reckon. We were just as shit without him at times.Batt was probably the worst player and its amazing how quick we've all forgotten the uselessness of Nathan green.Gayle has never been a bad player either, just played in a couple of poor overall performances and seemed to take the blame for the whole lot.Im glad hes back and doing a good job.Future captain, yeah why not ?

I didn't think Green was that bad to be honest. Certainly didn't deserve to be chucked out like that.

I think he just had the knack of making everyone he played with look dogshit.

We lost Wilkinson over him!

I didn't think Green was that bad either.

I think Gayle looks like he has promise, slipped stright into the team and looks pretty comfortable.

In all honesty think I saw one of the sides destined for the drop when we beat Cheltenham at home. Really surprised that Tranmere ended up going down because we have played Them,Mansfield, Carlisle, York and Hartlepool in the last three months and they looked the best of that lot,
Me, you heard it here first ;-)

Looking at the dross at the bottom of this division even one more win could be enough.

I didn't mind Green, but then if he was still here we would probably not have seen Widdowson and Hemmings develop a strong partnership down our left side

Saah was crap for large parts of last season, it was just that quite a few didn't notice it.
Nathan Green wasn't useless at all. He did a decent job when he came in, and I've seen nothing from Widdowson to suggest he is really that much better than Green was .

So Adrian did you know Green never started/played in a winning side in a league game for us.I cant remember much about him to be honest only that I wasn't convinced that he was any good.Obviously I was wrong because he now plays for Newly Relegated Dartford  I notice hes been man of the match twice for them in 15 appearances of which Im sure he hasn't been a winner many times there either.

I'll meet you half way with Saah but I think you're wrong about Widdowson.

Widdowson's been very consistent for us this season. We'd miss him if he left.

I liked green as well but you're having a laugh? Widdowsons no better? How? He's been superb! Has he had a bad game? Very very consistent player
