Re: Chelmsford (h)

As DTD says, last season’s relegation was a bitter pill to swallow and the reaction from the club wasn’t what I expected as far as pushing for an immediate return to the national league, I didn’t renew my season ticket for this year and definitely won’t be getting one for next season, The ...

Re: Hornchurch A

I left the ground at 2-0 as we were never going to get back into the game, crap performance all round and the stadium itself is just not suitable for football, good luck to HX but I can’t see the national league allowing that ground in the league, makes Wealdstone look like Wembley :)

Re: Hornchurch A

You’re missing nothing! So far a pathetic performance with no obvious tactics other than hoofing the ball straight back to them they are shit but we’re making them look reasonable. Shit performance shit ground and shit chance of getting any sort of result

Re: Playoffs

Is there any point in talking about playoffs?
This season’s managerial farce is on a par with last season’s in my opinion, the negative approach by Bradbury condemned us to at least a second year in NLS, I’m almost tempted to say he was as bad as Young but that would be cruel on Bradbury. A ...

Re: Easter (Hornchurch & Chelmsford)

I would imagine that the windmill will be banged out before the match, only other options would be either the Firkin or Suttons arms in Hornchurch or the crumpled horn or Brewdog in Upminster, both a 15 minute walk away from the stadium venue

Re: Easter (Hornchurch & Chelmsford)

As we have only been allocated 600 tickets for this game I’m wondering how many of us will be/ have purchased home tickets, also not sure how they expect to segregate in this s4ithole of a stadium

Re: Torquay (h)

A good result but we still lack quality in the midfield, we give the ball away too much when under pressure by hoofing it back to the opposition, once the new “investors” set a budget we can hopefully get rid of the lightweights in the squad and recruit some midfielders who have the confidence and ...

Re: Andy Carroll

By saying “let’s show some support” makes it sound like Bradbury didn’t get any from us! The fact that I/we turn up every week at home and some away games shows that I/we did give our support regardless of the dross being served up for our entertainment, perhaps wording your comment in another way ...

len wrote: Mon Mar 16, 2026 12:42 pm It’s a relief that the new consortium has now been announced, because if we had to put up with Lee Bradbury’s idea of football much longer we would all lose the will to live.
Has there been more investors announced? Nothing on the Daggers website and I certainly expect more to be be declared.

Re: Enfield away

Bradbury will sum up the game by saying we kept a clean sheet against a very good side who were difficult to break down! Usual tosh from a bland boring defensive minded man.

Re: MARCH POLL

Has to be Lewis Young without a doubt, absolutely clueless and dragged us down to NLS, im still of the opinion that he did it on purpose not only because he’s a C#t

True but he could do a wonderful power point presentation! Shame he didn’t have the bollox to attend the fans forum to explain his ...

Re: Dorking (h)

Just watched the highlights on YouTube and I can’t figure out why the second goal was ruled out, it wasn’t offside and no foul was committed or anything seemingly like foul play was made, anyone have any idea other than a brown envelope?

Re: Dorking (h)

What a great performance after last Saturdays debacle, Kalambi made so much difference at the back and deserved MOM, everyone put a shift in even though it was looking a bit nervy at times near the end, seems like the orders were to “park the bus” again but we had chances when they were pushing for ...

Re: KSI purchases the club

Who??

I'm 56 on Saturday and I know who he is!! (Do have three sons which helps 😁). He'll certainly raise the profile of the club, and I don't say he's got unlimited funds but he'll have a few quid.

I’ve just been updated on him by one of my sons, think it’s an age thing!
My birthday as ...

Re: Thompson steps down

As others have already said, Steve Thompson has been involved in some of the most critical decisions that have shaped the club through the decades, but there comes a time when for the good of the club as well as his own wellbeing that he should step aside, I wish him the very best for the future.
As ...
