Re: Best goal you've ever seen live

For Dagenham, surprised no one has mentioned Ashley Hemmings’ ridiculous tight-angle volley to make it 4-4 in that game. Was right in front of me so maybe it makes more of an impact. Probably not been mentioned as it wasn’t a volley and was a mis-hit cross. Boucauds goal in that game was a better s...

Non-Dagenham, the Barca match I went to Dani Alves scored a brilliant first time lob (0:25 ish here https://youtu.be/...

Re: Next season

We've proved that we can win games even with Quigley up front as long as Balanta is playing.

If he can stay fit, we will do well. If he cannot, we will be in trouble. Regrettably it really is as simple as that.

Re: AFC Fylde

Excitement about the new manager or not, you can't excuse how few clear cut chances we created compared with the number of forwards we had on the pitch.

I don't think I'm going to renew next year. This season has been so dull

Re: Myles Weston

By my count he’s the fifth (Odametey, House, Deering, Zakuani) player to be injured on his debut THIS SEASON. Unbelievable

Re: Wrexham Away

Hold on - can someone explain this a bit more simply for the idiots among us ? They haven't decided how many teams are going down yet ?

With Jack taylor going to Pompey, would they be looking at letting Ollie Hawkins go out on loan? we could do worse than bring him in as he's a proven finisher at this level. He's only made 5 apps for them this season
If we sign Hawkins I’ll piggy back him all the way up the M3

Re: Jody Brown Post Match

Everyone - weak or strong - can get bullied in the workplace. As I understand it Taylor picked the teams and decided the game plan for the games he was ‘off sick’ for. I also understand that Terry Harris was not allowed to shout out to the players during the games; who knows for sure what other ins...

Re: THOMMO - AN APOLOGY

Ok, I'll bite : *yawn* You just keep throwing insults without any facts. Everything I stated in my post was a fact. I am led to believe that whilst many local businesses still sponsor and support the club, there are a number of companies that do not wish to sponsor the club. This costs the club in l...

Re: THOMMO - AN APOLOGY

“vendetta” “jealousy” “he cares about the club” The things I see are that since he has been MD the club has shrunk and been on a downward spiral. He may be a good administrator however he authorised the overspending that put the whole future of the club in peril so that we had to open discussions w...

Re: Thompson

Key points for those who didn't get to listen (it will be possible to listen back to it tomorrow, apparently): - The usual points of the decision to sack Taylor was a reluctant one and he (Taylor) understood the situation, expressed frustration at the amount of injuries etc etc. The decision was ma...
