Look in the programme at the match sponsor page. It’s very sparse. Certain people at the club alienating sponsors, we’re doomed

Two major sponsors were given reassurances over the summer and guess what they were lied too, they won’t be around next season is my guess.

It’s surely comes a time where you either walk away like I’ve done and as Merge said above pretty much just not bother going or we do something about it. This can’t go on.

A friend of a friend works as ground staff at a local premier league club, he said he’s heard that players and staff at Dagenham have not been paid!
Obviously just hearsay and I have no evidence to back this up but it would explain the lack of effort by the players.

I just don't think a number of them are good enough.

Even if the takeover collapses. They will just put the club back onto the market for potential new investors.

100+ days since the last announcement…. What on earth is going on!!

Yes but who will want to buy a club that is going down and has spent into a wage bill for a club that is meant to go up? We have f*cked up yet again.

The takeover has 100% collapsed. No Youssef seen at the ground ever, no players being signed even when we start matches with players out of position all over the shop, no one making the decision to sack this joke of a manager, and complete silence from the club on anything related to the takeover. It is done. Accept that and start screaming at them to give us some answers.

Sadly, you’re right. Everything points to the takeover being finished, and the lack of leadership is killing us. We’ve seen this pattern too many times — false hope, poor management, and fans left in the dark. Hard to see how we turn this around now.

The silence is absolutely deafening, the longer this goes on, as with the lackluster performances, our concerns grow.

An internet search of Youseph Al Sharif doesn't bring back much at all, not on socials or on Linkedin, which for some one looking to invest in British football you would at least expect to find something surely?

The one caveat is that, at the time of the announcement it was reported that the deal is subject to approval by The FA and The National League (conflict of interest perhaps?) so that may be the reason as to why we've heard diddly squat.

Some words from Anwar Uddin would be encouraging too, although I note he hasn't been very active on X of late.

I've just realised that the new football governance bill doesn't apply to teams in the sixth tier of english football...
