Streaming Help

[VIEW FROM THE STAND]

Hi Boarders
I stream the home games via my laptop, and find the quality and commentaries all good.
However, lately, when I click on the icon to enlarge the picture the screen area just goes black.
I am using Google Chrome and only have the official D&R tab open when viewing.
Any advice on or if this can be corrected would be appreciated.
