A win here and nothing less is required, for our own safety and the managers job. Given their hire and fire nature of these owners in Italy I would not want to be Lewis Young without a win in his first 6 games so far, there comes a point where they have to sort this mess out or just keep burying heads in sand.
Lewis Young is obviously not your choice for the managers job but give the guy a chance, he has only been the in the job for four weeks and in that time has faced two top teams in Forest Green and York. I want us to desperately avoid relegation and cannot understand what is going on behind the scenes but feel we all need to get behind the manager and the team in order to do so.

Young was nobody’s choice except the owners. Not one person mentioned him. He’s there for a reason. He’s not getting sacked anytime soon

He’s had 6 chances and not won any of them, abysmal and naming Forest green as a top side who just drew 0-0 with Ebbsfleet is not a good sign. Boston just beat Fylde away something we could not do on Saturday but according to Young is was an ok result. He’s taking us down unless the teams below us remain just as bad.len wrote: ↑Tue Feb 18, 2025 7:33 pm Lewis Young is obviously not your choice for the managers job but give the guy a chance, he has only been the in the job for four weeks and in that time has faced two top teams in Forest Green and York. I believe I speak for most on here that you should always be given a chance to prove yourself but we were having a bad run with less time to 'play about' and strictly when its spiralling like that we should have gone for experience, one example look at what Ardley's doing at Woking they were Pee Poor before he stepped in now they're running like a team with passion. Sadly its the Dagenham way, most Clubs in this League are on budgets so that shouldn't be thrown up all the time, thus can't get the drive for travelling rush hour hassle after work 170 miles for if most probably a draw
You will always get freakish results but as Forest Green have only lost three games all season and sit third in the table yes I would consider them a top side.Diggerthedog wrote: ↑Tue Feb 18, 2025 10:29 pmHe’s had 6 chances and not won any of them, abysmal and naming Forest green as a top side who just drew 0-0 with Ebbsfleet is not a good sign. Can anyone tell me if Harry Phipps is actually still with us. I don't mean as a player, but as in is he actually still alive?
I thought about asking the manager, but I managed to stop myself just in time from actually being bored to death.
I'm afraid to ask about Ling just in case he's passed away and I didn't attend the funeral.

Looooool fair play, I thought the vibe after christmas was going to be 'being a bit shit' but it turns out it's actually 'getting relegated'.

especially now Wealdstone are beating Braintree.
When the club said the target was the playoffs, they didn’t tell us they meant the playoffs of National South.

Let’s give Lewis Young more time, he can takes us down 5 leagues, throw another contract at him 8 years long. Club is dead, it’s over this lot will fold us as they’re really showing they don’t give a shite.
