Didn't see the game but a brilliant result against a team that has only lost twice in the league. This also despite still missing a number of players through injury so well done.

Need to start Lingy in a suit of armour.

Obviously a good point on the face of it, but going 1-0 on 90 mins and still not winning the game is obviously very disappointing.

Would everyone have taken a point before the game absolutely we would have done but old habits die hard with this group. Still you can’t fault any of them for that performances deserved to win in the end away at a side spending silly money compared to us. Desperately need some bodies back Monday, Dion and Junior the main pair for that bit of quality.

To walk away devastated having 'only' got a point against a side who haven't lost since September and at all on their home ground all season is testament to how exceptional we were last night. So nearly a perfect away display. The most organised I've seen us in ages. Made the most of our time on the ball and seemed to win every duel until the very end. Still, very proud.

Excellent performance.
I’m hoping Louis Young stays involved in
some capacity, I’d even be happy with
him as the new manager.
He’s an intelligent guy and for me could be a big loss. Let’s hope if he is
replaced its by the right person

Great performance. Hill was brilliant tonight he's best performance this season I my opinion. I'm not to sure on the comment regarding Lewis Young. How can he be involved with the previous manager but the all of a sudden he's great now because he's in the seat. Surely he still had a say in the team and training when Strevens was manager. So I never really get why people want some one in charge who couldn't get a tune out of them before even as a assistant.

It’s a bloody good point to pick up on the road, but also a frustrating one at the same time as it seems we were seconds away from a confidence and morale-boosting win that we desperately need. Hopefully we can have some of the big names currently absent returning for Monday.

As for Young, I like how he comes across. But I don’t like what he was helping to oversee merely 2 weeks ago. But he’s making big changes already with no Rutherford, Stephenson starting and Phipps in defence. So maybe the issue with the results did lay solely with Strevs. Feels hard to believe though

I'm not going to suggest he is the second coming of Jesus Christ, but if we are suggesting Rutherford being out of the team is a reason why we are performing better then I think we are massively underselling his impact on the team since he joined us.

I don't know what Stephenson failed to show in training for 6 months (yes he was injured occasionally) that kept him so far away from any involvement in the league up top.

I’m not suggesting that we are playing better because Rutherford is not starting. He has been fantastic for us which is exactly why it’s a big call to not be starting him…

Leaving Forest Green's unbeaten fortress utterly crestfallen to 'only' have a point is testament to a gutsy, disciplined performance mere seconds away from being executed to perfection.

Despite that undeserved sucker punch, a night to be proud of.
