Superb game should have put away some of those missed chances but they did not give away any soft goals. :thumbu:

Where do you start. Fantastic support throughout, fantastic team effort and if we're being totally honest, we should have won more comfortably given the chances we had.
I can't give a motm simply because everyone on that pitch today gave 1000% superb defending, sheer tenacity in the middle and a front two who tormented Crewe all afternoon.
Great scenes at the end when the team came over to enjoy it all with the fans.
Well done to all concerned, you really done us proud today.

Incredible day and what a classic Cup tie fought from zero minutes to 97, make no mistake our boys thoroughly deserved that win mainly because all the Crewe attacks and my was there a few could not break our defence down, pumping in high balls dead centre, left & right wing they couldn't get through, true class, Eastman MOTM, if only we could do this week in week out we'd skip this Step 1 league as Champions no bull because the will to win a game was clearly there to see, and to top it all it was done with a great following behind them, what atmosphere before kick off too, 3 pubs nearby packed to the Rafters with Daggers, fantastic day all round this will probably be spoken about for ages and rightly so, just hope Monday's draw is good for us and a top Gun Round 3 please to follow

Wow. Honestly who saw that coming? Massively depleted squad, much better and in-form opposition, and a long trip up there too. What a performance that took from every single player, I really hope they got to fully enjoy themselves last night because they earned it.

Now let’s hope for a nice home tie in the next round. We are so close.

League action paused at a disappointing juncture for the Daggers, with focus instead shifting to a daunting tie at Crewe Alexandra, flying high amid a great run of form in the division above.

Though, anything can happen in the FA Cup...
