Re: The Dagger Match Prograpmme
Comments read and acknowledged. Proportionately clubs sell around 1 programme to every four fans and we are no different. Therefore we lose money on our programme being 64 pages and being a lot less would probably be more cost effective. However, there are a set number of pages that we must carry a...

Re: The next 3
For me I think we'll draw at mansfield, beat hartlepool and lose at tranmere. Worst ways we need to pick up at least 4 points. Some very tough games coming up after these three.

Re: Quick note for RadioStu & Mick
Personally I'd have brought on saah put him in doe's position, stick doe at right back and move abu in to a five man midfield and took off jamie leaving alex up front on his own. That might have stopped that el whatisface running the show. But there you go hindsight is a wonderful thing :D Saah? If...

Re: The Dagger Match Programme
Compared to some programmes ours is pretty naff to be honest, even the stats page on our team from previous weeks has me baffled. If I didn't attend games I'd be lost as to who played etc looking at it. It definitely needs looking at for next season.

The next 3
The next three matches are going to be very important for us, ideally it would be great to take all 9 points but that probably won't happen. I'd be more than happy if we took five, two away draws and beat hartlepool at home. The next five matches after that are all going to be tough games against si...

Re: Funny kid in the TBS stand..
I saw that from where I was, big brave men as they are. :xOBD wrote:As others have said, the kid provided more entertainment than the 11 on the pitch did. He absolutely cracked me up.
Some of the muppet Burton fans who ran over to him after they scored were an absolute embarrassment.

Re: Quick note for RadioStu & Mick
Burton were better than us throughout. Not a very flash team but solid. It would have been extremely harsh if we had won that. We were pretty poor all over really, other than Cousins. The defence will be very disappointed with all three goals, the midfield created little and Cureton was stranded fo...

Re: Quick note for RadioStu & Mick
Having established that burton were the better side today, I have to say the ref did help them for their 2nd goal. It was a definite nudge on Abu and he had a clear sight of that. On such margins games are won and lost. Never mind as mentioned already 4 points from the next 2 please. Coyd.

Re: Quick note for RadioStu & Mick
Burton were the better side by far in the second half, more creativity, better ideas and a lot more movement which you would expect given the manager they have. As for us well our run had to end sometime and personaly I think we lost to the league 2 champions today. No disgrace we just need to bounc...

Re: Quick note for RadioStu & Mick
For the life of me I can't see how howell was man of the match. If anything it should have gone to cousins, without him we could have been embarrassed. First half was even steven but when we scored, that as already stated sprang them in to life. I was bewilldered by taking of jakubiak unless he was ...

That helped
Tonights match between Accrington and Cheltenham finished 1-1. I think a win tomorrow would dispel any doubts about relegation imo. But if Cambridge and Portsmouth draw tomorrow we could climb 3 places to 14th.

Burton Albion
Saturday's match is going to be a tough one indeed. Before christmas I would have gone for a comfortable away win, but now with our current form and everyone performing well I think we can knick this one.

Travel disruption
Just in case anyone's thinking of going to the match by underground on saturday. There's major works being carried out and bus replacement services. Best to check the tfl website, before travelling to the game.

Re: Let's be loud against burton!
Perhaps mike we can all bring a diddgery doo as well and blow wildly as the team comes out. Be a bit of a bast..d getting them through the turnstile's though, that's the only problem.
