I expect it is too late but whilst there's a chance you just have to go for it. It's annoying that Bradbury has lost so many points during the season because of his negative way of playing.

Hampton and Richmond (h)
Not sure if Haigh has recovered from injury but with Rashawn and Connolly back with us and a new signing in Ajose we appear to have plenty of forwards to choose from.
Although the playoffs are still mathematically possible but very unlikely, it would make it very interesting if we were to get three ...

Rashawn Scott returns from loan.
Rashawn has now returned from loan, how Bradbury ever thought it was a good idea to loan him out, particularly with all the injuries we had, I will never know.

Re: New Manager?
I hope if there is some money around, we might be thinking big!
Unfortunately there is no guarantee whoever you get. I thought a few years ago getting the ex England manager Peter Taylor would be success but that didn't work out too well and after us he went on a downward spiral being sacked ...

Re: New Manager?
Whoever is selected in becoming the new manager will probably not be everyone's choice as so many names have been mentioned on different platforms already.
Amongst them is Lee Allinson currently the Hemel Hempstead manager who I hope is under consideration.
He is around 40 years old and taken his ...

Re: Easter (Hornchurch & Chelmsford)
Would they be allowed in the NL with that ground?
I spoke to somebody high up at Hornchurch recently about this who said the owner believes they can go into the NL. It appears that you can be promoted and then given till March next year to carry out any improvements or changes required by the ...

Re: John Still and Tony Fernandes spotted at last game
It just seems a lot of guesswork at the moment and hopefully the club will issue an updated list of the owners shortly.
I say this because when it was revealed that KSI was involved there was a suggestion in some quarters that he had aquired 20% of the club.

Re: John Still and Tony Fernandes spotted at last game
Southend fans don’t think John Still has done a very good job as their head of recruitment, I would rather we not turn to the old boys club for assistance.
Tony was very nice when I spoke to him, not sure him being involved will be announced as such but he’s involved and investing so big win for ...

Re: John Still and Tony Fernandes spotted at last game
I know John Still loves the Daggers most sincerely as he has said many times but the thought of him being involved with us in any capacity would be a frightening prospect.
He did some great things here but those days are now long gone.
He has also been employed by Southend for many years and imagine ...

Re: Torquay (h)
Good result, poor game with both sides really depleted with injuries made it a battle with little quality.
Most important thing was the atmosphere and buzz around the ground, have to keep that momentum for the remaining games with what must be many new comers attending, hopefully we push on ...

Re: KSI: What It Means
A piece in the Daily Telegraph today making comparisons with the project started a few years ago with Wrexham.
In the short time he has been involved with us, it seems already we have reached a far wider audience.

Re: Torquay (h)
A great result in which all the players put in a good shift. Torquay only looked a bit dangerous in the last 15 minutes but generally looked very ordinary. A decent crowd again with a good atmosphere.

Re: Bradbury
Also in reality Gerard has been with Boreham Wood for years and stands a chance this season of getting them into the football league via the playoffs so it wouldn't seem very likely he would be that interested in our vacancy.

Re: Bradbury
Luke Garrard of Boreham Wood is a better choive imho. Has done great things over the past few seasons and if he would drop down a division reckon he's a good choice. Don't know about Jimmy Ball's previous success rate. Totton don't seem to be setting National South alive.
I mentioned Jimmy Ball ...
