Re: Gateshead (H) Thread
Gateshead began the day as unbeaten league leaders, yet left victims of Dagenham's joint-biggest victory in well over a decade - 7-1, on an extraordinary occasion beyond which words can fully do justice. But I've tried: Report & Ratings - https://dagnificent.weebly.com/match-reports/daggers-7-ga...

Re: Gateshead (H) Thread
Cannot quite process what went on yesterday. Gateshead started the day as unbeaten league leaders while having played a game fewer. We've annihilated them 7-1! In half an hour, going from hoping we could hang on, to our joint-biggest win in over a decade. Those are the days to savour. What a week fo...

Gateshead (H) Thread
Looking to build upon Tuesday's highly pleasurable triumph, but it won't be easy against an unbeaten Gateshead side that remained top despite not playing in midweek, which also allowed them extra preparation for this fixture. Have a feeling Strevens will favour Ling's security and positional awarene...

Re: Sutton (H)
A win and clean sheet combo for the first time since last November. Brilliant night with so many superb individual performances across the pitch. Pereira is just ridiculous. Kalambayi and Rendall were superb, while Phipps filled in really well as a midfielder.

Re: Maidenhead (A)
UMERAH OFF THE MARK TO RECOVER UNINSPIRING POINT Reignited momentum after the interval built up to Josh Umerah's equaliser, but went no further, on a day where the Daggers could not convert territory into enough meaningful opportunities. https://dagnificent.weebly.com/match-reports/maidenhead-unite...

✍️ STRIKING SUBS SINK STREVENS' SIDE A thoroughly miserable afternoon at Victoria Road, with the damage again done late on as the same old habits continue to surface, and exacerbated by a potential injury to sole creative spark Dion Pereira. https://dagnificent.weebly.com/match-reports/daggers-0-yor...

Re: Southend Away
On the verge of a massively uplifting result after summoning real spirit to turn the game around, Daggers abandoned everything that had got them there, instead inviting suicidal amounts of pressure with predictable consequence in stoppage time. https://dagnificent.weebly.com/match-reports/southend-u...

Re: Southend Away
Our way of trying to hold a lead is frankly ridiculous. We lose all shape and impetus with our changes, and despite having 5 or 6 strung across our box we still apparently have no idea how to stop crosses. The token effort is embarrassing - you need to get tight and your team mates need to back you...

Halifax (H) Thread
The first Friday night game at Victoria Road in nigh-on a decade sees the visit of a Halifax Town side with the exactly the same record of having won, drawn and lost one, while scoring and conceding three, albeit from a harder opening sequence it must be said. Known for their robust defence, it coul...

Woking (a) Thread
After a solid point at the weekend, we're swiftly back on our travels to the Kingfield Stadium, where we've left empty-handed from each of our five prior visits. It's a great opportunity to break the rut as Woking have had a difficult start to the season, both games ending in scoreless defeats in wh...

✍️ DOGGED DAGGERS REPEL DALE DOMINANCE FOR A BATTLING POINT After withstanding huge pressure to take the lead with their very first shot on 52 minutes, Daggers were unable to hang onto three points, but one was more than pleasing in the circumstances. https://dagnificent.weebly.com/match.../rochdale...

Re: Rochdale (a) Thread
A really dogged performance and battling performance, though nobody could have complained if we were two down minimum at half time having been unacceptably unacceptably passive. Thankfully the brilliance of Dion Pereira saw us ahead through our first meaningful shot and from after that we settled an...

Rochdale (a) Thread
Our first away game of the season takes us 200 miles to Rochdale, where we'll be looking to replicate our impressive victory from February. Like ourselves, they were victorious on opening day and comfortably so too at Boston, but this is likely to be a tougher follow-up assignment for both sides. Ry...

Re: Josh Strizovic
A tad surprised by this when we've a seven-man bench now. That being said, Justham hasn't been forced off during a game for eight years so the likelihood of that being necessary is very low.

Re: Wealdstone (H)
An opening day victory owing to the class of Pereira. His late-ish winner came when Wealdstone were pushing for one themselves up the other end having not long levelled, but it made for a justified result on overall balance. ✍️ Report & Ratings - https://dagnificent.weebly.com/match-reports/dagg...
