Re: Hampton and Richmond (h)

AC seems to have a Midas touch at the moment because we're winning without really playing well. I didn't think we ever really got going today yet managed to win 3-1.

Hampton probably hoping Chippenham don't get to 46 points because they look pretty much finished. Decent on the ball but defensively ...

Re: John Still and Tony Fernandes spotted at last game

Not the only one to send Daryl some hand signals I'd wager.

The official site still states Grabowski has the significant control with 18% so either it is pending another update or nobody else has more than 17% which means at least 5 other shareholders.

Re: Torquay (h)

I thought we looked really solid defensively, worked very hard, but just lacked a bit of quality in forward areas.

Howes, Mags, PK and Broad were excellent. Marsh played well in front of them. Wish we could keep Lawless fit because he has so much ability, his touch and passing are the best we have ...

Re: Lee Bradbury - GONE

I look forward to seeing if we can finally make the right call on who to bring in. Been donkeys years since we had a decent appointment.

Re: New Manager?

Our season is over. Step one is to make sure it is clear who the decision makers are at the club. If that's Anwar, KSI and Grabowski then fine. If there's more to come it needs sorting quickly.

Once that is done, we need to sack the manager and look for a replacement. Ideally we would get someone ...

I suppose the ref is saying Young tripped the defender but its a load of rubbish. Guy was totally inept.

Re: Dorking (h)

It was disgraceful. The Dorking player just shoved him with two hands, it is a clear penalty. Running at that speed towards the gate it was also reckless and a red card in my opinion. Could have been seriously injured.

Worse, the referee ran away from the incident and took some seconds of people ...

Re: Dorking (h)

Judging by recent dealings we are just trying to keep costs low through to the end of the season. Wonder how much of Hemmo wages we need to pay as Oxford won't get near it. So paying him to play for someone else whilst we can't fill the bench.

Alternatively maybe we've got a couple of new signings ...

Re: Totton (h))

Would be surprised if more than 800 were in there. No atmosphere whatsoever.

Football was dire once Totton weathered our early pressure. Terrible game with hardly any quality.

The food has long been dreadful, must be one of the worst value in the division. Some of our rivals serve up some really ...

Re: Players Contracts.

Can't imagine the likes of Dieng would sign for us without the security of two years. He's technically excellent but he needs legs around him, unfortunately we didn't recruit any.

I think we mostly went for one year deals with a view to going up and being able to heavily change the squad as ...

Re: Chippenham Town (h)

Quite fortunate their fella tried to take Dieng's head off otherwise I'm not sure we'd be in possession of a comfortable 3 points. Before that we were limping against the worst side in the division.

They looked totally lost with ten men and think we should've rammed home our advantage more ...

Re: Eastbourne (h)

Phippsy at least won't score as he's out injured.

The manager again at pains to point out how good a side they are despite them being 23rd. This is absolutely must win, no excuses.

Re: Ebbsfleet

Another game where we didn't turn up for half of it.

Our variable mentality is not acceptable. The manager can talk about fine margins and a great second half all he likes, we were already behind and chasing the game. The way you get the fine margins consistently going in your favour is by 100 ...

Re: January poll: Sack Bradbury?

My view on this stuff hasn't really changed since the last two or three recurrences.

The club is in a terrible state and changing the manager is the least of our worries. Nothing will change until we have the right culture from the very top. Strevs, for all his questionable recruitment and ...
