Re: Well Done Notts But Paul Cook Give Your Head a Wobble
My abiding memory is the glaring miss by Quigley at Halifax when he could have blown the ball into the net, instead he completely missed it. Went on to lose the game 1-0 and at the end of the match Peter Taylor got so much flack from the supporters that l felt so for him. In the end Kenny Clark mana...

Re: Well Done Notts But Paul Cook Give Your Head a Wobble
Can’t see McCallum being signed up by Chesterfield next season now, as he realises what a complete waste of space he is. For Quigley to have been put on ahead of him against Notts Co says it all. He has been trading on his past performance for too long now. He must be the laziest, slowest player at ...

Re: Contracted players
Keep Justham. The rest…………bye, You can’t believe how bad and how far from the standard you need to win this league the rest of these players are.

Re: Sarfend away
Listening to Ben Strevens after match interview, he was well angry with that performance and what he has seen in his games in charge. The only player safe appears to be Justham, which is not surprising. Be prepared for a massive culling

Re: New Manager
Time will tell, but l understand other supporters feeling that it’s a bit of “old boy appointment”, however a lot better than some of the dross out there like Phil Brown etc. Certainly gives the man time to evaluate what he has. Hopefully Jupp and Gritt have disappeared out of sight. What an awful p...

Re: Maidenhead
Yes, that totally sums up the season. The players looked utterly disinterested. Are the players colour-blind. ? The number of times they passed to the opposition, or does someone put something in their drink before the game. Every player looked like the weren’t bothered. I think the penny must have ...

Maidenhead
Hopeless play from Dag-Red, after going one up. Back to why they need a complete clear out at the end of the season. Firstly Weston loses the ball then promptly gives up, followed by Robinson doing exactly the same thing. Two prime candidates to be shown the door. Back to a passion-less display.

Re: McMahon
Fantastic news, it was obvious from the results he had “lost the dressing room” and to be quite honest he has been a complete and utter failure at the club from word go. The results apart from the odd match have been awful, conceding last minute goals for a number of seasons now, which have been tot...

Re: Bye Paul McCallum
He must have been the laziest player ever to put on a Dag-Red shirt. For the greatest part he ambled about the pitch seemingly without a care in the world. You begin to wonder how on earth that McMahon part up with it. There again, there is the answer, he hasn’t got a clue. Mind you Chesterfield tho...

Re: Yeovil..
The whole team (including the manager and his support staff) need to go. There is unfortunately very little in this team to take us forward, bar maybe Justham. The players are either past their sell by date and just simply not good enough. If the Americans are serious in their ambitions l would have...

Re: New Manager
At John Still has never brought the club down to such an embarrassing level and has passion, disregarding any comments about money. We need someone to steady the ship in the short-term and he is more the capable of doing just that

Re: Gateshead (H) in-game and post game thoughts
It was painfully obvious to anybody watching this match that we are in desperate need of two decent full backs. Josh Hare was totally outplayed and Elliott Johnson was beaten every time any player took him on, being totally short of pace. Why of earth didn’t McMahon go for Wynter from Torquay, wante...

Re: Injury update..
Quite correct. The money that both Balanta and Phipps have cost in wages over the past few seasons for so little return is scandalous. Why on earth we offered these two contracts l have no idea. Coupled with the fact we have offered a contract to the Cat Man (Alias Zouma) l have no idea. He put the ...
