New Manager?

It seems barring some sort of miracle Lee Bradbury's days here as the Manager seem numbered.
If the new owners have a replacement in mind, would it then be best to change things before the season is over so that person then has plenty of time to look at the current squad and assess what is needed for next season?
The other scenario of course, is that they haven't got an oven ready replacement which would take a period of time to sort out.
I think personally that changes need to be made as soon as possible, even having a temporary manager in post till the end of the season whilst they are looking at applications for the position of manager.

Our season is over. Step one is to make sure it is clear who the decision makers are at the club. If that's Anwar, KSI and Grabowski then fine. If there's more to come it needs sorting quickly.

Once that is done, we need to sack the manager and look for a replacement. Ideally we would get someone sorted long before player contracts expire, so they've got time to assess who to attempt to keep.

I don't think Bradbury has done an absolutely terrible job, but I don't think he's the right man. To be fair to him, he's eventually got us to a very solid defensive base after a very bad start. But his outlook is too defensive overall. I don't want another Daryl who goes all-out attack and signs striker after striker, but a bit more forward thinking would be nice. At this level we should have the pull to get good players and make the opposition worry about us.

It would be great if we got rid of Bradbury now. But unless he’s on a 2 year deal, which I doubt he is, the owners aren’t going to payout for an extended preseason. I don’t blame them either.

Instead I’d rather we start working on a replacement behind the scenes now. Then the day after the season ends it can be announced that Bradbury has left and the new guy is in. Plenty of time to then start working on sorting through the squad, not that I’m really bothered about many of them anyway.

For the record, decision making will be split across JG, Carroll, Uddin, KSI and Fernandes when he is eventually announced. But Uddin no doubt is the main decision maker/influence right now.
