Maidstone (away)

In our great win on Saturday we incurred another couple of injuries so not exactly sure what sort of team we will put out. Maidstone are a team in reasonable form at the moment so won't be easy going there and getting a positive result.

We're just an absolute disgrace of a professional football outfit... Even with our trajectory over the last decade I can't think of a time I've been so frustrated by a manager and how he has put a squad together to compete in a league...

With all the excitement of Saturday it came crashing down to earth again last night. With games fast running out, I just hope behind the scenes we are putting in plans to win this league next season. The manager has shown quite clearly that hasn’t got the ability to take us forward from this division and that he shouldn’t be in the new owners plans for next season.

It’s my fault guys missed Saturday was at Maidstone yesterday. Very poor last night after a great start only looked really a threat from set pieces. In open play midfield really struggled. Maidstone much better in possession. All about Buliding for next season and finding a replacement in the dugout.

Don't wish to publicly attack individual players by name, but it feels like on the contract situation with the current squad, the main guys we have signed up for two years instead of one involve central midfield players that are feeling more and more like the weak link of the team... I've had questions about the goalkeeper making mistakes but he seems to make a goal saving stop once a game, the back three with PK back (if we play that next season) should be more than good enough for this level of football, the full/ wing backs aren't out of their depth and our main attacking threat is decent, although keeping them fit and a lack of depth is obviously a worry.
I'm a huge Lawless fan but it feels like anyone beyond that in a central midfield role (if we are counting Haigh as an attacking player) is way off the quality we need and most teams can take advantage of that

I would love to be able to certainly keep Haig and Kalambayi because they are both very good players at this level
In addition we certainly need to add more quality to the squad but until we know more from the Consortium as to their plans for next season it is all very vague at the moment.
I'm naturally hoping they have reasonably ambitious plans but will have to wait and see for now.

Of course they have ambitions… they are taking us to the premier league! Don’t you read what Sir KSI has said?
