It looks like, baring a miracle, the only way we could stay up is via the ‘AGM Cup’, where due to one of the clubs in our league being a basket case or not having a ground up to standard or not looking like they will complete next season, they get thrown out or relegated, and a club or two in the relegation positions gets a reprieve.
It always happens between the end of the season and the National League AGM in June, thus the nickname the ‘AGM Cup’.

Forget about Reading, but aren’t there a couple of teams with serious off the pitch problems around us? (ourselves excluded).

Clutching at straws here…

Dunno how Braintrees pitch yesterday meets the standard. Worst pitch I've seen in many years.

Agree it was awful, it certainly didn’t help Pereira or Rutherford in controlling the ball when attacking their defenders. I think also it’s an advantage for Braintree playing at home on a pitch that they are use to that’s why they have beaten some decent teams at home.

Financial issues presumably, rather than a group of people with no link whatsoever to the club a month ago posting swastika's on Daggers social media pages and sending abusive personal messages to fans??

Just checking

Their pitch isn’t the reason we’re getting relegated.
