				18 Barnet Played 28 GD-8 Points 33
 19 Stevenage Played 31 GD -14 Points 31
 20 Newport County Played 28 GD- 11 Points 27
 21 Yeovil Played 29 GD-14 Points 24
 22 Hartlepool Played 26 GD-19 Points 24
 23 Dag & Red Played 29 GD-22 Points 20
 24 York Played 28 GD-23 Points 20
I think we are doomed. What is suddenly going to change to make me think otherwise ? We've had the new manager bounce now its back to gaining 1 point in every 12,worse than Wayne. How can we all be so convinced York are as good as relegated and we are safe just cos of a 1 goal GD ? I can smell coffee.

Don't forget 5 of those matches are all away to sides at the top, Northampton being the exception. Just thought I'd cheer us all up a bit!

There are only about 5 teams realistically in this now Stevenage pulled themselves away after winning at Hartlepool. I just cant see us getting enough points to stay up.

Burnett: 13 points from 22 games = 0.59 per game
Still: 7 points from 6 games = 1.16 per game
Or are you planning to just pick out the results that suit you?

17/10/2015 Hartlepool United (H) Lost 0-1 Beaten by a route one punt into the area
20/10/2015 York City (A) Drew 2-2 Came back after being behind to lead again, but let it slip again
24/10/2015 Accrington Stanley (A) Lost 1-3 Totally battered throughout, scored another consolation goal
1/11/2015 Luton Town (H) Lost 0-2 Marginally better with modified midfield, but only 1 shot on target, let in two very poor goals
21/11/2015 Oxford United (H) Lost 0-1 Better again, but still no goals
24/11/2015 AFC Wimbledon (A) Won 1-0 Battered for most of it, scored with a keeper howler but won!!!!
28/11/2015 Plymouth Argyle (H) Drew 1-1 Played really well, unlucky to conceed in injury time
1/12/2015 Morecambe (A) Lost 0-1 Poor performance against a team we beat two weeks ago in the cup. 1 shot on target in the 93rd minute
12/12/2015 Crawley (A) Lost 2-3 Very slow start, only started playing once 2-0 down and chasing the game
19/12/2015 Bristol Rovers (H) Lost 0-3 OK for half an hour, let a bad goal in and then battered
Position 24th and bottom on goal difference and 7 points behind 21st

The 1.16 points per game under Still would be 53 points over a 46 game season. And he has had 2 home games, against the sides sitting in 1st and 6th - Burnett got to play (and fail to win) a whole host of weaker teams.

You crediting waynes team with the Stevenage win or Stills ? Talk about selective ?

Must admit, that while Arnu seems to be spinning things more than Tony Blair, it is worth noting (and this is in relation to the Recruitment thread as well) that the two wins under Still (if the Stevenage one is now on his record) were actually achieved with Burnett's Team?? None of the players Still has bought in on perms or loans were playing in those games as far as I can remember??
Since Still started bringing in his own players we have lost 4 (although this included the Everton game) and drawn 1.
As I say, I have my own views on both managers and am not about to get involved in this debate, but it is worth noting the above.

I'm crediting Still's management with that win given that he picked the team, set them up and gave the team talk.
Am I being selective? In the sense that I am selecting the correct sample of games and points: I'm selecting the games where each was in charge and the points accumulated in those games. By contrast you are not, for example you are "crediting" Wayne with being in charge of 23 games rather than 22 and with amassing 18 points instead of 13 and are choosing to selectively ignore the 2 wins achieved with Still in charge.

Well we are all being a little bit pedantic including me.But you cant have it both ways.Waynes team won at Stevenage under Currie and Hackett dosent make it Stills win.In the same breathe you want to blame Waynes players for all our losses. You can see why this is giving me so much fun cant you ?
Anyway.....John Still is bringing back blatant hoofball fact. Now if it works then fine but don't tell me its pretty or that its working yet.We lost again yesterday and all the apologists were bringing out the normal ifs and buts.I remember Stills last 3 seasons before he ****** off and it was very very poor, this display last night was just more of that with a little bit of fight 2nd half.No way will we do that 2 games running.Barnet wont roll over or be undone by hoofball.

I think that if we are going to go long for the rest of the season then the two we had up front 2nd half should start every game. They caused the Wycombe defence a lot of problems. Admittedly it wasn't pretty but it was sure as hell less frustrating to watch than hoofing it to a midget in the hope that their defence might make a rare mistake.
