I expect Wayne Burnett would have liked to have had the resources to compete at a different level in the transfer market

Also, how many of these players have played professionally before? Not saying their bad signings, but we have seen so many players make the jump to full-time with us and struggle. Hopefully the fact that these are coming from the same league helps, but it's always something worth remembering before we start getting too excited.
