No, Wayne should have gone after the Southport replay. Before the 2 year contract was given out. And that's not hindsight being 20-20 vision, it's what many if not most were saying. Blimey, last Boxing Day even Sussex was calling for him to go.

^^^^^^^^ THIS WITH BELLS ON ^^^^^^^^

It is over a year too late. Anyone on the board that voted to give Burnett another two year contract when we could have been rid for nothing should quit in shame.

Its not a year too late.We stayed up and finished 15th .If you are going to use hindsight then you have to take that into consideration.

Id agree now its a month or so overdue. The fact is all is not lost.24 games to go.We can write the first half of as poor so now some saviour has a job of work to do.

Not hindsight. I said he should go if we lost the Southport replay before it was even played. Call it massive foresight, maybe.

Of course at that point we were bumping along the bottom of League Two and then went out of the FA Cup to a poor non-league side with the way to a big third round game open and calling our name. In some ways, we are actually better off now than then.

We still had 21 points at this stage last season which shows you just how bad we've been this season.
