Of course, the likelihood is that it's a combination of things - wanting a different challenge, getting more money, playing at a higher level, and others which could feasibly include not wanting to play for Burnett.
It is also possible that the smaller budget is in some part linked to home performances which haven't improved under Burnett.
But we don't want logical thinking, we'll just dismiss any criticism of Burnett.
