Anybody else had trouble trying to renew their season ticket with Tixr.
Logging today in my wallet can only find my ticket for the Weston game and my receipt for last year's ST and no window to renew.
I've had numerous problems with them. What's wrong with Ticketmaster or just going to the office to pay.
I note on Trustpilot they score 2.5 for client satisfaction.

I had trouble doing it on my mobile but then logged in on a desktop, clicked the link in the email and managed to do it that way.
But yes, I have renewed.

Thanks all for your help. The problem was I did not receive an e mail on 1st April - and yes I have checked my Spam and for accidently trashing- and you cannot purchase directly from the app today without clicking the link from the e-mail. Life used to be simple.
We have sold 400 season tickets so far but this is the last day to get the additional 10% loyalty discount for existing season ticket holders. You have until 1155pm tonight.
Not sure how many we normally sell in total but would be interested to know.

Before relegation we would regularly sell 600-700 season tickets.
However, as we know from comments on here, many previous season tickets holders said they didn’t renew this season.
It will be interesting to see what percentage of those who had a season ticket for this season have renewed.

I know it's early days but since the introduction of KSI there appears to be a few new supporters at games. I'm not sure if that will convert into more season ticket sales, that remains to be seen.Auntie Merge wrote: Fri Apr 10, 2026 10:27 am Before relegation we would regularly sell 600-700 season tickets.

Also, since the introduction of the new Consortium there has been a far more positive vibe around the club. What we need now is more official information regarding the owners and their ambitions and plans for the coming season and the appointment of a new manager.
I do hope that some of our fans that were reluctant to renew, have a change of heart because of the new positivity at last ,around the club.
We've seen so many false dawns in recent years that I think many will want to see something more concrete. It is exciting to see the increase in media coverage and attendances, but ultimately we need to see what sort of manager, players, and fan experience we will be getting next season.
