A game tomorrow against a team that have not won in their last six games however, they have Matt Robinson in their squad who was a big favourite here along with Josh Umerah and hope they don't come back to bite us.
We have only lost once in last six games but equally couldn't be described as in sparkling form either.
I would like to think the manager will select an attacking formation but that could just be wishful thinking.
Whatever happens hoping for a win.

Attacking formation haha.

I see tomorrow being a 0-0 followed by Bradbury heading back into the tunnel post-match, chest puffed out, proud of him only losing once in 9, yet with only 4 league wins to our name.

Are the changes due to Terry Harris?
I am so tired of the heat and humidity of the summers in the southeastern USA.

A game which could have gone either way but came away with a win. We tend to give the ball away too easily and therefore make hard work of each game but continue our decent run.

Maybe in part. But also the teams we have played is helping us.
Enfield: 21st
Chippenham: 24th
Farnborough: 20th
Eastbourne: 23rd
Bath : 16th
Tilbury: 2 leagues below
Maidenhead: 15th

We have had a very kind run of fixtures to only lose once through. But really I think Maidenhead is the only good result and performance there. Even the games we won such as Chippenham we did not look convincing.

From boxing day we have Hornchurch, Chelmsford, Hemel and Dover. I don’t want to say “let’s judge where we are from them games”, because I know where we are. We are 14th. We have a lot of work to do to still be a good team at this level.

Today was better though. Aside from Sidwell I don’t think anyone had a bad game, Haigh probably performed his best for us and Carroll doing what he does. Hopefully we see more improvements.

Some exciting attacking football in the first half hour and only some amazing misses prevented us from being three up at half time, perhaps Umerah’s inability rubbed off on us! Thought it was overall a decent performance but why do we have these spells where we continuously give the ball away and put ourselves under pressure? Still need a lot of improvement.
Can anyone shed any light on the red card ? I was watching the ball and missed what happened

So nice to walk away from Victoria Road after three points and a good performance.

A satisfying day. On another we might have been punished for not killing it off and scoring more, but a much more solid base provided the foundations for one goal to be enough. On that, 5 clean sheets from 6 is good going. Many more wins than defeats lately too, so hopefully a corner has been turned. We have to build on it Tuesday, and maybe can start looking up rather than over our shoulders.

Maidenhead are possibly the worst team I've seen at VR this season, albeit we always look vulnerable from a cross across our six yard area. However, I think we played alright today and were worthy of the win, and actually managed the game out quite comfortably. Whisper it, but perhaps we're making progress.

The red card was down to their player throwing a punch!

A much improved performance after what I saw in my last appearance, played with a tempo from the off and was unlucky not to be at least 2 up. 2nd half we reverted to what I saw previously and was hanging on a bit, the red card killed the game for them.

Obviously if result continue like this we might make something of this season but I still don’t see it given the run of results had been against some bad results, beat some of the better sides and people will start to believe.

Best we've played this season and should have won by more. But still concerning that even our best performance can only yield a nervy 1-0 against a really bad side.

Second half I thought changes should've been made earlier, we kept giving the ball away especially the usual suspects. Thought Wilson did well when he came on and should start Tuesday.
