Joel discusses what occurred on Saturday 12th July 2025 when a bizarre evening began with the announcement that The Daggers had been taken over by a consortium of prominent Qatari private investors with club legend and former captain, Anwar Uddin, returning to the club in a non executive directors role.
This was closely followed by the reveal of a new home kit that was being worn by our new star striker, former Premier League and England star, Andy Carroll, who is also part of the investment group. Joel chats about whether he thinks this is good or bad for the club and what we might expect in the future.
