Turns out he’s not injured, only one reason he is being left out, another appearance clause as per Justham? No talk of any injury since his omission and stuck on 24 appearances .

Underdog the gift that keeps on giving.

Unbelievable if this is true (not saying it isn’t) yet another fans favourite being forced out. There has to be a major protest at a home game soon and even perhaps an away game, Sutton live on TV for instance, we can/should get a decent away following that day despite the early kick off.

I agree… the owners are shockingly inept and completely classless. Why did the buy it when they seem so hell bent on destroying it? All that rubbish about aiming for a play off place….

Yes that does indeed seem to be the situation with Phipps. Ling frozen out too apparently but he is not yet fully fit so that's hard to confirm.

You have to ask the question now is this just one big balls up by the owners, or do they know exactly what they're doing and they're deliberately destroying the club on purpose? Certainly seems to me they are

If that is the case, that would explain why the manager avoids giving a straight answer about injuries. He avoids it like the plague.

Having already lost two crucial players in Justham and Junior and now if true Phipps it could turn out far more financially costly for the club if we were to get relegated. If we were in a completely safe position in the league with no likelihood of relegation and the owners wanted to cut the playing budget for next season you could partly understand their logic but as things look at the moment nothing makes any sense.
