It's all totally factual and well researched, for example https://twitter.com/_CarltonCole9/statu ... 7915747328
I agree with this. The article would have to be never ending to cover all of what has happened. But is a fair enough reflection.

This is an online account... NOT a well respected national newspaper
With all due respect....If you believe online accounts for one minute, then you aren't as smart as you think you are

A well respected national newspaper? The Daily Mail, and particularly their website Mail online?Chigwellian wrote: ↑Tue Apr 24, 2018 11:18 amReally??Mike the Dagger wrote: ↑Tue Apr 24, 2018 10:12 am It's all totally factual and well researched, for example https://twitter.com/_CarltonCole9/statu ... 7915747328

Coffee over keyboard moment.
That is the funniest thing I have heard in ages.
In recent years the Daily Mail really has become king of the gutter press. They operate a print first and amend later policy.

Going back to your original comment
They chose the angle for the Daggers story that they thought would get the most discussion. Saying the situation with the flags is resolved does not sell more newspapers.
They are not extremely careful not to report false details. They print what they think will generate the most circulation and click bait.Chigwellian wrote: ↑Mon Apr 23, 2018 9:01 pmThey are extremely careful not to report 'false' details. They have reported what was fed to them.

It has not been resolved
Banning the flags just takes the visible disgruntlement with the board out of sight.
The sentiments still remain with the board... It is still run by the North Korean hierarchy!
The Mail is a rag, their website full of trashy non- stories for the masses. That doesn't mean however that EVERYTHING they print etc is untrue etc.
I forwarded the story onto a few non Daggers mates as they were understandably struggling with the concept when I tried to explain. So whilst the article may not cover everything it does sort of some it up with the salient points.
