The gaffer isn't going to resign as he will never get another manager's job in the Football League. Why should he? He was given a contract by the board so its their responsibility. Hence the title of the thread.
The board have an obligation to the fans to keep us in the football league and be sustainable and ultimately competitive. They are currently failing on all three fronts.
Vote : Sack him

Genius observations of course the Board should do this if only we had realised earlier
May and Baker is useless so plant trees that grow money there immediately.

He should never got the job after the York game end of 2012/3 season. We only stayed up because we run out of games if the season had one more game we would be in the conference now.

We only stayed up two season's back for the real luck that Northampton Town beat Barnet on their own turf and thus we survived, and at that time the Cobblers were quite a good side, walking away from the ground that day obviously glad we never dropped out but deep down sick that we couldn't at least have scalped a draw at home with lowly York and make ourselves look at least a bit more worthy of our stay of execution. If it does stay like it is now maybe Bees and a few around us would say a bit of playback time has arrived, sad I know but feel a bit hurt that bad mistakes ages ago have never been rectified and the results all of us now witnessing was inevitable
