The 250,000 pound transfer fund has gone to a club that:

A) are rich
B) Have a transfer embargo starting in January

C) Have a lot of fans making on-line bets

There are other clubs with big fan bases though that could've easily been as lucky. Pompey wouldve appreciated it for sure. Or a litle club couldve got very lucky.
