Bit harsh for Doidge to get dragged into these two "egos" having a spat I reckon.

Regardless of the dizzy heights (cough cough) both Aizelwood & Edinburgh attained in their glittering playing & managerial careers, neither of them could be accused of handling themselves in a particularly classy manner.

Edinburgh gained promotion as a player at Southend, FA Cup and League Cup medal with Spurs, promotion with Newport and Manager of the Month with the same. Think that easily beats Aizelwoods career statistics.
