Unless we’re winning the title, I’ll only be doing aways next season.
Hall, Thompson and Young have killed my club.

This club has been totally destroyed in less than a year. Disgraceful behaviour in January from underdog has caused this just because they could save some money Keeping junior alone would have kept us up. Total disrespect towards fans not taking accountability for anything contributing to a terrible season to be a fan. Regional football well done to underdog and young. How long will the club stay silent?
He talks about the sickening vitriol aimed at him at the end of the game but what did he expect??
Out by the team bus 45 minutes after the game he didn’t want to talk or engage with the few of us who wanted him to at least apologise for being shit at his job, but we were outnumbered by a dozen or so who basically just wanted to kiss his arse and get autographs… made me f#ckin sick

I dunno how some of the players are getting a free ride here. Striker couldn't score if everyone else left the field
( couldn't get on the score sheet when we scored 6 the other day could he), the mighty Pereira ponci g about being flash with the ball then hoofing it out the ground instead of in the goal. Clumsy defending same old faces doing it wrong.
We are relegated for what's been done on the pitch too.
There were players who played their hearts out yesterday sadly they'll be snapped up by other clubs in the summer. Well be stuck with the duds. ( you know who I'm talking about)

Spot on Arnu.
Will be endless debates and discussions about various aspects of the club, and rightly so after the shambles of the last 10 years, but we created enough chances yesterday to win 10 games.
The finishing was frankly an utter embarrassment and that’s down to the players. I think most of them put in a shift yesterday, but half of them are simply not up to it, and as you say, the ones who are won’t want to be running out at Hornchurch or Chippenham in August.
The biggest question for me moving forward is why stay full time (assuming we will do)?? We quite simply end up with players who are at the very bottom of the professional pile. Not saying they are not trying or putting a shift in, I am sure they are, but they’ve not been up to the job, and this has been case for so many players we’ve had in last ten years.
A whole rethink is obviously needed.

Genuine question, but which players next season are choosing us ahead of Hornchurch if a position becomes available to come down to East London and play in the NLS? Do we pick up more fans next year with the possibility of more wins (in theory) against a lower standard of opposition, or do we drop below 1000 average attendance?DI Mike Dashwood wrote: ↑Tue May 06, 2025 10:02 am Spot on Arnu.

No argument that any suggestion the Board and management stay in place next season, with no consequences of the relegation drop, will kill Season Ticket sales... but as suggested above, Umerah could have been in the game now and wouldn't have scored a goal... He even managed to stick a certain Pereira strike over the bar by accident... As for the Wylie attempt in added time, I thought it was going off for a throw in!
A quick mention to Josh Reed who has been immense at times this season, the new keeper who kept us fighting until the last game at times over this last month, Kalambayi and Francis who got their head on almost everything these last few weeks apart from yesterday's equaliser and Phipps who absolutely is the 'Dagenham' type of player you want over the last few years, especially when we have stuck him every position apart from in goal!
I've been quick to take shots at Rutherford for his defending for some of the season but he was incredible yesterday and I hope we get to keep hold of him next year.
How many of the current squad do fans think we keep in to next year? Have liked the small glimpses of Jason Adigun who is on loan, but not seen much to suggest where Vigrass, Day or Stephenson fit in even at NLS level.

Re : Next season, I counted three of the starting XI yesterday (Phipps, Rutherford and Remy) who have a non-zero chance of being here next season, but then I saw Remy trying to start something with the fans so I guess that's down to two lol. I believe Harrack and Khaleel are under contract for next year too, really looking forward to seeing them against Hemel Hempstead

I don’t want anyone associated with the club this seasons mess to be any part of it next season, a complete clear out is required and that includes every single player, all the better players will move on so that is a given now. Board and management all need to follow.
If we start the season with Thompson and Hall I will walk away completely not just give up renewing our season tickets I’ll be done completely, club killers.
£350 for seasons tickets and £25 on the day, no chance anyone pays that for regional football.

Remy should be first out of the door, starting on the people who pay his wages. Aggressive little prick, should have channeled that aggression into keeping us up.
I don't think Hall gets it. He is the problem. We'll never like or respect him. If you look at what he's overseen ( from America). The Strevens debarcle ,Justham, Strevens, Junior, then couldn't be ****** to interview anyone for the managers job, just parachutes an inexperienced guy in and now we're relegated. Oh and the Hamas Egyptian thing and Janes King. Then you got him upsetting Russel elmes a truly respected servant of the club.
I don't hold any vitriol towards Young, he's the scapegoat here. Yeah probably out of his depth but the main problem is the decision maker at the top.
So I don't really see how we recover from this. What's your plan Mr Hall? Sack everyone but yourself. THIS IS YOUR FAULT RESIGN YOU LUNCH !!
