So here we are facing the last national league game at Victoria Road for at least a year, even a win (unlikely that it is) will not be enough to keep us up unless the teams around us implode, which is against current form. Having accepted the inevitable I would expect Young to resign or be sacked immediately after the game, he has overseen the total collapse of form since January and should be held accountable in front of the fans that he has failed.

I understand that you want the manager sacked but today the important thing is to get behind the team in order to try to get the three points.

I’m always behind the team and I don’t join the personal attacks on players, I’ve followed this club through highs and lows but this current situation is beyond belief, it’s an unnecessary situation due to not only the incompetence of Young but his appointment as head coach by retards who think they know what is best for the club, do us all a favor and GO

Everyone knows what a mess we have got in, my point is let’s try to get three points today in order to avoid relegation because if we don’t we will be in a bigger mess!

We can’t be relegated by 5pm as Wealdstone play away at Southend which is 5,30pm Kick off, luckily for the board and Young this is the case as I don’t see us beating a play off chasing Alty.

The fans have been getting behind the team all season. It’s not the supporters fault we’re in the shit now.

That blame lies with Young, Hall, King, Thompson and the players.

Your stating the bleeding obvious again, nobody is suggesting that this mess we are in can be the fault of the fans, my point is, if possible we need to win this game in order to avoid getting relegated and therefore getting into a bigger mess.

It's really just between us and Wealdstone now. If we can fluke a win today we are likely to be above Wealdstone after their fixture against the Shrimpers tonight.

Never supported Southend before but really hope they give Wealdstone a good hammering later but the way teams at the bottom have been picking up points lately anything could happen.

Just seen the line up, Young is clueless.

I’m feeling physically sick after that Daggers masterclass today, how has it come to this situation where I want the pikeys to win… but overall today what a great performance from the boys, just what we needed. But let’s not get carried away just yet because even if we scrape out of this relegation threat we HAVE to get rid of Young or this will be where we are again next year in either this league or Nat league south.

Well I wasn't expecting that. The own goal was a worldy.
