That’s the stats for 2024. Go to 2nd bottom of the league who have not won at home all season and play on the break, barely laid a glove on them and should have lost. Let’s be realistic, we’re not making play offs again this season so what’s the plan?

I didn’t see the game yesterday but looking at the stats this season the problem clearly is our away record. Out of nine games so far we have only won a single game and only scored seven goals in that time. I know we have had a number of injuries this season but cannot understand the disparity between home and away records, however, what I do know is that teams that hope to make the playoffs generally have a lot better away form than us. If the club hope to have a successful season hopefully Ben must already be looking at this in perhaps playing a different formation in away games or other changes in order to turn this around.

We play like we've got nothing in us away from home.

20 goals in 8 home games, 7 in 9 away games says it all.

I don't understand why we always look so slow and laboured away. It's like all the life has been sucked out of them. What I do know is that it isn't good enough.

We can talk about injuries but the team we put on the pitch yesterday is very close to full strength. Yes Rees and Umerah probably start but Morias is a very good player and Stephenson scored.

We are just a completely different team on the road and it isn’t really acceptable. We have a great team even with the current injury situation, but we play with no confidence or apparent desire to win the moment we step outside of Dagenham. Pereira and Hill look different players every away game and it’s hard to understand why.

What’s most frustrating though is that Crewe proved we can be that team. It was kill or be killed and we rose to the occasion. Strevs just has to find a way to get that attitude from the players every other away game.
