Hearing there are capacity restrictions in place at Roots Hall, no idea what that means with our allocation but if you’re looking to go I would grab a ticket as we’ve nearly sold 300 already.

Was a sell out for home fans, we will take more than York I reckon.

Afternoon Daggers.
The north stand (away end) is and has been in poor shape for a long time.
It means a vastly reduced capacity. Some of the home end nearest the away is also out.
You will get the max we can give which is believe is 600 odd.
Capacity of roots Hall is around 12k but only about 8500 is available until work takes place.
Safe journey and good luck for the season after Monday

How can you sit back and defend a one goal lead

Would have settled for a draw before the game but disapointed we couldn't hold out for a few minutes more. We need to hold onto the ball better rather than giving it away so easy.

Did the House of Commons pass a law that prevents the Daggers from holding a lead until the end?

Hardly surprising though when we take all attacking outlets off the pitch and try to sit on it for however long. I don't think anybody was surprised when they did equalise - every time we got the ball in the last 10 mins we'd just clear it and it'd come straight back again.
Would have taken a point before the game, but that does feel like 2 points lost.

It definitely feels like another 2 points lost.
Our support was fantastic aside from the idiots who were singing insulting songs about John Still. (I went over to them at half time).
Yes, the way John Still left us was unsavoury, but the man brought this club success beyond our wildest dreams,
If you must, call him judas, call him an anchor, but anything else is not acceptable and an embarrassment.

Such a frustrating result. We deserved to win, but we also didn’t. It was our fault that we didn’t win that.
Defence was pretty solid throughout but where we struggled for most of the match was keeping the ball and making our breaks count. So many times the ball goes up to Morias & RGC only to come straight back at us. And so many breaks that we needed to be more clinical with. If we had Hess (or Appiah-Forson) holding in midfield to allow Rees to push up more then we should have scored more. Despite all of that though, we still had a lead we should have seen out against a toothless attack, but we once again sat too deep and invited it on. 3 times already now. Lessons to be learned quickly and we can hopefully turn these almost-won results to easily-won.

Yep, as others have said, decent result on the face of it but ultimately gutted not to hang on but was predictable the way we just tried to hang on for the last 10 or so without any other plan, albeit it wss quite valiant at times. You just knew one of them was gonna go in.
I thought generally it was a decent performance but increasingly frustrated with Morias' lack of contribution and him losing possession led to their first goal. Pereria in contrast was different class and tore their defence a new one. My Shrimpers mate said to me afterwards that he couldn't believe how good he was and that he was playing NL level. My fear is that we're relying on him in every game and we've still only won one game this season. Another nice finish from Reece.
