Just when you think the team is playing as badly as anyone can remember with a manager bereft of ideas on how to get us back up towards a promotion charge, I was reminded on my social media 'Memories' this morning of our performance on this day in 2021...
We managed to lose 3-1 to a Notts County team who had their goalkeeper sent off when 1-0 ahead and they gave us a penalty... Paul McCallum missed the resulting penalty and County scored two more goals to go 3-0 ahead with ten men before a very late consolation goal for us and howls of derision about the Manager online with furious calls for his sacking...
Oh how things have moved on in to 2023.
