3 wins to no loses or draws in March and 9 goals to nil in total goal count for March.

What is the proper procedure to make sure McMahon does NOT receive another Manager of the Month this season? April could turn out as a disaster if he gets an award this month.
I am so tired of the heat and humidity of the summers in the southeastern USA.
