It is with great sadness that we must advise members that Dave Wood passed away yesterday after a long and brave fight against illness.

Up until his illness Dave was a season ticket holder for many years and a regular traveller on the supports club coach to away games.

Our thoughts and condolences are with Maggie, Kirsty, Paul, family and Friends.

GOD BLESS YOU DAVE RIP.

I heard yesterday and although he'd been ill for quite a while really sad news, he was a regular on the away coaches and was a great dagger, had time for people, and god bless his soul.

Dave was a great guy, work colleague and friend
And also a proper daggers fan. Although he had been ill for quite a while we kept him up to date with match scores which I know he appreciated I had the pleasure of being in his circle of friends he will be missed
