There are over 50 of us currently in the car park TAMPLIN OUT.
One of Tamplin's cronies arrived, parked outside the white boxes and said to us all 'I can park where I like; I put money in to this club'.
He then appears to go into the meeting and tell them we are scratching his car: we
Haven't been near his car.

Couldn't make it tonight due to not getting out of work on time. Seen the pictures on Twitter, fair play to everyone involved. Sadly I don't think it'll make much difference.

I think our board need to be very careful now though. They've done a few things to alienate supporters and eventually people will start getting fed up voting with their feet meaning less income. Unless of course that's what they want.

Tamplin apparently doesn't like abuse, even though from what I have seen he hasn't received any.
Maybe time for him to realise the vast majority of true fans don't want him, and let the abuse (or strongly worded comments of our discontent, to be more accurate) begin. Without the fans there is no club.

Guess what the protest has worked the presentation turned into a negotiation of several people putting money in both the consortium and Tamplin. Further discussions will now be had.

We have gone from him getting 80% to a lot less but the club will stay as a members club if is this is the outcome. A lot of discussions still to be had but it's looking a bit better than a one man band.

******** fantastic everyone that showed tonight all we needed was a BBQ and it was like a jolly boys outing.

Im not going to go into every detail as its apparent their seems to be something on the table now that MIGHT just appease everyone and have everyone for once pulling in the same direction.

What I would like to commend for now though are the 57 to be precise true Daggers that tonight all took time from their busy lives, stood up and were counted. A phenomenal effort, and categorically wouldve had a bearing on how discussions in the meeting went.

Everyone very firmly got their point accross in a decent & respectable manner and the club (and Tamplin) knew we meant business.

Tamplin did actually have the decency to come over to us at the last knockings to offer some explanation of some of the goings on. But it should be known that he is willing to speak to / discuss with supporters at a fans forum in due course (but before the vote) and I guess until then its a case of wait and see.

Anyway, for now ..... job done!

Surely any protest against Tamplin is futile.

He owns nothing and will own nothing until he is given that power by the only ones that can give it to him.

Would of thought any protest would be better served making your views known to those who currently have the power I.e the Members.

Just a thought

All the members were there this evening to listen to Tamplins presentation hence why the protest was organised. Jerry said we did a marvellous job. it's clear most of the members were against sole control for one person and now further talks will move away from that. Jerry said we certainly made an actual difference.

We will have a new board soon as long as Tamplin does not have full control and Thommo is not still around it's a win win situation for me. I can see a board of the Easts, Jerry, Tamplin and the Goodwins. Early days yet but a shred of light.

I actually thought it was a little distasteful and un-necessary but Tamplin said "I swear on my boys' life that I only want to do whats best for this club and to help take it forward".

Lets hope he sticks to his word, in whatever capacity he is afforded.

Why wasn't it announced that there was going to be a protest outside the ground ?

Perhaps more supporters would have turned up then

We easily achieved the 60 keeping it hush hush & I've no doubt we couldve doubled that number by going public.

But, the element of surprise had a bigger impact thab anything on the club & stewards.

They try pulling a fast one in future and we will go again!

So those that were at each other throats casting aspirations against Tamplin only days ago are now going to jump into bed with each other. This grizzly of assignations is enough to make Cupid blush and the I don't want Tamplin anywhere near our Club all of a sudden err don't now mind him near our CLUB

Yes, I'm very uncomfortable here too.

Once Pandora's box is opened and the club is available for people to buy shares, Tamplin or someone else can hoover up bits and pieces until they get total control and we are just another club then, and vulnerable to becoming an "AFC" in the not too distant future.

However it would seem that for all the protestation about the club not being in trouble financially it may well actually be in deep shit, so we need money in from somewhere. If that is confirmed then the people who have told us for years how financially well run the club is need to look hard at themselves and fall on their swords. The MD has publicly stated we are fine after all...

Then we need to get investment in from people that we can have some hope aren't going to destroy the club as so many others have been. Nothing I have heard about Glenn Tamplin says he is the answer.

Time for a proper Supporters Trust that can buy a significant (at least 5%) share?

Unless there are cast iron guarantees that deny the opportunity for one individual to mop up various shares at a later date – I too remain very uncomfortable with this at the present time. I understand Members will retain something in the region of a 15% share but we need to hear clearly and in detail what the actual proposal on the table involves and the mechanics of it.

On a separate issue – just going back to last night, you may be interested to know I have had it confirmed from Time FM that they had some-one inside the meeting but that person was specifically told if they came out to interview anyone involved in the protest they “WOULD BE ESCORTED AND BARRED FROM THE PREMISES”

I knew there was a reason some-one purchased a North Korean Daggers Flag. All hail Kim Jung Thommo !!!

Who is jumping into bed with Tamplin? We all need to see what the offer is that is now put forward and go from there.

Jerry said from what was discussed last night we will all be pleasantly surprised with the outcome.

Be interested to see if Tamplin sticks around if he doesn't get full control. Wouldn't surprise me if his involvement in a consortium doesn't last long.
