Looking far worse for us now, Yeovil are in the process of obtaining a fine away win at Wimbledon, and York are winning at home meaning if they accomplish that they will be same points as us root bottom, blimey we certainly need to win next Saturday and where we heading? Cambridge who are also doing so well today at the home of the O's, don't come any harder now! TF Stevenage have equalised!

Such doom and gloom !!
We got a game in hand out of it today,Stevenage and Hartlepool getting dragged into it too. These other teams will win occasionally. You cant write us off just cos we didn't play.Have some faith at least.

Game's in hand are one thing, winning them is another.

It really irritates me when people think other teams winning midway through the season spells doom. Regardless of how anybody did today, we need to win games. Everybody in the bottom 6-7 between now at the end of the season will pick up good and bad results. All we need to focus on is ourselves for the time being. When it gets to mid April and we're still in the bottom two, then it's time to start worrying. For the moment, there is no worry at all. There will be many twists and turns before the end of the season. We have 19 games left and it's up to us to put enough points on the board. I believe that now we have a fresh manager, a few signings that certainly look better than those made at the beginning of the season and seemingly an identity again, that we'll be fine. Relax everybody, there's a long way to go.

There's been so much doom and gloom all season, actually never known a season like it. First the Wayne IN or OUT pressure cooker debate and only solved last month, then witnessing (and still running) probably our worst home form on record, no win all season speaks volumes and if that's not relegation fodder I don't know what is in watching football in almost 50 years, and the hardest part to make out why it's taking so long to try and build a bridge to get out of it. Definitely believe a man of Stilly's experience and running the show now feel were more in with a chance and like many very pleased with witnessing so much more determination on the pitch as of the last few games but were still messing up where it counts and if were gonna leave it any longer and getting so close to the wire well, were down now. Can anybody honestly say at present climate that the likes of Oxford Pompey, Orient, Plymouth and even mega hard last day down Bristol Rovers are really winnable games? How many points will we need?

Spot on Arnu! We have usually profited by results when we have not played. Although things could have gone better for us, at least a couple more teams are now more in the mix at the bottom.

Think everyone is getting bit carried away to be honest.
Yes, the results could have been better, but did people think other teams wouldn't get any other points before the end of the season?? It would surely have been worse if we had played and lost yesterday while them results happened??
Stevenage lost to York which in some ways you could argue was better than a Stevenage win (draw would have been best). We are still above York and we will need to finish above two teams to get through so Stevenage being dragged in, and Exeter, is good thing.
I still think 43/44 points, so 7 wins and a couple of draws (which still allows for 9 or 10 defeats) will be enough. People saying we need a miracle are getting carries away. We are not bottom, we are 3 points behind the Team above us with a game in hand, and within 8 points of three others, one of which we have 2 games in hand on.
Yes we need to start winning, we already knew that, but not sure it is miracle time yet.

we are joint bottom and even if we win our game in hand we will be in bottom 2 unless we win by a auntie merge scoreline!
barnet be a massive game 4 us now and we could drag them right in as well. hopefully we beat the teams around us and it should be enough

Not that it impacts us much but Morecambe keeper Barry Roche scored a 94th minute leveller against Pompey tonight.
