Well our day out in Merseyside has come and gone so now as has already been suggested it's back to league 2 and the visit of high flying Northampton. Having won at Plymouth last night, they'll definitely fancy their chances against us. But if the lads can show the same type of commitment they have in our last 3 matches then they might just be in for a surprise. Here's hoping.

Daggers 2-2 Northampton
Raymond
Labadie

I am hoping that we can get our first home win, but the form northampton are in at the moment would seem to suggest they will take the 3 points.
I would settle for a point.

2-1 defeat against a team riding high but expecting much to be positive about after the game

Why not. With the return of Still, 3 recently good performances and some of the stay away fans likely to come back....then possible. I just sense there is hope and belief returning to both the players and the fans. I do expect our home support to increase and Northampton with a decent travelling support. I go with 1-1 and 2766 att

Why not?

Northampton are flying amd always take 900 to daggers so I'm thinking about a 1000 this time. And as it's the return of Sir John, that'll bring an extra couple hundred in. And then after some good results and performances will being extra couple hundred in.

And finally that FA Cup spirit will still be with some so an extra 100 there.

2700-2900 sounds legit.

As for the score.. 2-1 Northampton but only cos they are flying. If it waa most other sides, od have predicted a win.

I enjoyed the Everton game but I won't be returning to Victoria Road on Saturday because it's too far to travel.

Apparently Northampton have sold 600 so far. They will probably have around 1000 on the day. Maybe us to have 1500 - 1800 (although the higher figure is optimistic), that'll give an attendance between 2500-2800.

Am I really the only person who thinks these predictions are ridiculous?

Crowd predictiions are totally pointless. Depends on the weather on the day, how many comps we hand out, state of the transport service and "other" factors.

As opposed to score predictions, which are a vital contribution towards the very ethos of the universe :D

Maybe 2-1 to us btw..

Indeed. However, I bet you can think of a massive industry which is based on stuff like score predictions...
