Sorry Joe, I feel that Wayne's dismissal was the least harsh of the three you refer to! I also quite liked the man but that hasn't clouded my opinion of him as someone who couldn't cope with the strain he was under.

I agree with Phippo here. No doubt Wayne is a smashing bloke, worked hard, tried his best but his record was very poor, especially in calendar year 2014 (which was not aligned with a football season luckily) and this season to date.

Yes the budget the Daggers work with is tight and you have to cut your cloth to suit that, but there is no excuse for the team not being motivated well, and set up with sensible tactics and formation, all of which are the managers job to fix. All of the players are his signings now and if they are not ones he can motivate and fit in a team then he got those signings wrong.

All people want here is what Mikins put in another thread....
... everyone here could handle relegation if we played our hearts out every week and still came up short, we can accept being outplayed, outclassed and certainly out-bought when it comes to player quality, but a bit of heart goes miles, no one who has ever played at Dagenham is going to be the next Messi (although possibly the next usain bolt, but thats a different story) and we've never cared, what we cant handle is the lack of motivation, the unwillingness to chase, the disorder and disorganisation of the team.
